Junior / Graduate Process Engineer
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-time / Part-time considered)
Salary/Rate: Competitive, depending on experience
Hybrid Working: This role is primarily home-based, with regular collaboration at the Middlewich office and occasional client site visits.
Role Overview:
We’re looking for junior and graduate Process Engineers who are enthusiastic, driven, and ready to learn. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing consultancy where your development is prioritised, and you’ll gain valuable hands-on experience across a wide variety of sectors.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting feasibility studies, FEED, and detailed design
- Developing P&IDs and process flow diagrams
- Assisting with equipment specification and selection
- Contributing to process safety studies (e.g. HAZOP)
- Supporting process simulations and calculations
- Preparing technical documentation and reports
Candidate Profile:
- Degree in Chemical Engineering (or equivalent)
- 0–3 years of industry experience (placement or internship experience welcome)
- Keen to build a career in industrial process engineering
- Proactive attitude with good communication skills
- Willingness to learn and develop across a range of project types

Electrical, Control & Instrumentation (EC&I) Engineer
Contract Type: Permanent or Contract (Full-time / Part-time considered)
Salary/Rate: Negotiable
Hybrid Working: This role is primarily home-based, but candidates must be able to attend the office in Middlewich as required and be available for occasional site visits.
Role Overview:
We’re seeking an experienced and motivated EC&I Engineer to support our growing workload. This is a key role with excellent long-term career prospects in a supportive, flexible working environment.
Ideal Experience Includes:
- Electrical, control and instrumentation design and specification
- Feasibility studies, FEED and detailed design
- Commissioning support and optimisation
- Input to project proposals and bids
- Scope definition and technical documentation
Candidate Profile:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar (preferred but not essential)
- Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
