Food Bulk Storage Client - Production of As-Built P&IDs Across Multiple Sites

To provide our client with accurate and up-to-date engineering documentation, we undertook the production of as-built Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) for four of their bulk storage sites. This ensured that all plant records accurately reflected the current installation, supporting both operational efficiency and compliance.

The project began with detailed site surveys (line walking) to capture the exact configuration of existing systems. Close collaboration with site personnel helped identify and confirm any unknown or concealed pipework. Using this verified information, we developed precise AutoCAD as-built P&IDs and associated schedules.
