Circa £8m Capital Value – Detailed Design for Major Bulk Storage Facility
This project involved “cut and carve” modifications to an existing bulk liquids facility operated by a leading international trading and storage organisation.
The detailed design scope covered the creation of additional storage capacity through the conversion and optimisation of existing tanks. Works also encompassed upgrades to the jetty, installation of a new marine loading arm, and replacement of import/export transfer pipework, approximately 2 km in total length. The project further included modifications to existing plant and pipework, along with the design of new piling and foundations to support the upgraded infrastructure.
